The Society for the Study of Architecture in Canada (SSAC) is pleased to announce the 2015 Phyllis-Lambert Prize.

Each year the Phyllis Lambert Prize is awarded by UQAM's Canada Research Chair on Urban Heritage to a candidate who has submitted the best doctoral dissertation on the subject of architecture, architectural history and urban heritage in Canada, based on the assessment of an independent jury.
The Phyllis Lambert Prize consists of a certificate of recognition that comes with a $1500 scholarship awarded by the Canada Research Chair on Urban Heritage. The CRC may also offer assistance for the publication of the prize-winning text in one of its collections.
The prize will be awarded during a ceremony included in the program of the annual conference of the Society for the Study of Architecture in Canada (SSAC).

Candidates must send a copy of their manuscript completed in 2013 or 2014 with a letter of support from their PhD supervisor by March 1, 2015.
